Thanks for deciding to book your course with us. We look forward to meeting you in due course either here at Cobbs Quay or wherever in the world we are undertaking the training. Our job between now and your course is to make your life as simple and straightforward as possible in respect of the course. To this end in the run up to your course we are happy to assist with any aspect of the course from advising suitable accommodation, suggesting places to go and things to do if you are bringing family/partners down who are not doing the course. If you are getting a new boat then we are always happy to advise on kit and the purchase of safety items ahead of the course and if we can't answer your question then we'll arrange for an Instructor to give you a call. If you are booking less than two weeks before your course is due to run then you will need to pay in full. If the time until your course is greater than two weeks then we may need to take a deposit depending on the course. The process ahead of your course is generally as follows: You decide which course(s) you wish to attend Review the calendar to decide dates Contact us and make a provisional or firm booking (subject to how long it is until the course). We will contact you a few weeks before the course to take payment. We will send you joining instructions to confirm the course and give you the information you need about a week ahead of the course. If you need the information any sooner then it can generally be downloaded from this site or email us and we will happily send it to you If there are any changes to the course in respect of start times etc we will contact you immediately by email or phone The Office is usually '(wo-)manned' during the week with Esther in Tues/Weds & Fridays with Viv in the other days and reachable via the main number at all other times.
